01 Concerns

Start with what
is on your mind.

We look beyond the painful area—sleep, food, posture, work and home life—and decide together what is manageable now.

01A vague discomfort continues

02Pain or stiffness worries me

03I am afraid of needles

04I want self-care that suits me

02 Yojodo care

Acupuncture, food and movement,
adapted to your condition.

Alongside acupuncture, we ask about eating habits, posture and movement. We discuss suitable options based on your wishes and condition.

Questions before your first visit.

Yamada was once afraid of acupuncture too. You are welcome to ask about your concerns first.

Will the needles hurt?

The needles are thinner than injection needles, but pain varies between people. We check how the stimulation feels and can discuss non-insertive acupuncture. You do not need to hide your fear.

Will moxibustion feel too hot?

Moxibustion uses mugwort to provide warmth. Heat feels different for each person. Tell us if it feels too hot or uncomfortable; do not endure it. We discuss the method according to your condition and comfort.

What if exercise is not my thing?

Yamada has supported people as a personal trainer for over 15 years. We look at your posture and daily movements together, starting with what your body can comfortably do now.

Ask us by phone first

Care from outside and within, into daily life.

Yojo means finding everyday habits that suit your body. Acupuncture and moxibustion offer care from outside, food habits from within, and posture and exercise through how you move. We consider the combination with your constitution, current condition and daily routine.

You do not have to change everything at once. Start with one manageable habit in eating, resting or moving. We think together about both your treatment and the life you return to afterwards.

Choose the care you want to learn about

CARE 01

Acupuncture forgently from outside.

We adjust the amount of stimulation while listening and observing. Non-inserting needles are also available.

  • Proceed while checking how it feels
  • Choose moxibustion or manual care as appropriate
  • Never delay medical care

CARE 02

Care image of a meal and seasonal foods

Review food habits, from within.

We review everyday meals and think of changes that are realistic to continue. This is not medical testing or diagnosis.

  • Understand current habits before restricting
  • Try small, practical options
  • Follow medically prescribed diets

CARE 03

Care image of gentle walking

Within your range, without strain.

Drawing on more than 15 years as a personal trainer, Yuki observes posture and movement without pushing through pain.

  • Review daily posture and movement
  • Find lower-burden ways to move
  • Do not exercise through pain

You can also ask about concerns like these.

Sleep, fatigue and feeling cold

Starting with daily changes, such as difficulty falling asleep or tiredness after resting.

Neck, shoulders, lower back and movement

We can also discuss posture at work or during housework, and concerns while exercising.

Changes in women’s bodies

For concerns about menstruation or after childbirth, we also ask about your condition and current medical care.

Young children and families

Ask us about your child’s condition, non-inserting needles, or visiting with children.
